Yo Folks.

Time to update my journal again: I'm doing great!

Fifth semester has begun. Starting with a trip to London, doing a lot of presentations at all sorts of interesting companies (Sony Entertainment, Flow Interactive, Amber Light, LBi). I'm now majoring in User Interface Design, much to my own surprise.

Had a lot of fun working as a Service Design consultant for a local consulting agency. Also working on my bachelor thesis, which borders on the scientific fields of knowledge psychology and information design (obviously). I'm trying to establish a new interaction model (~how do people interact with things/systems?). It doesn't stop there though. The purpose of my thesis is to come up with six universal design guidelines, to improve the user experience.

I have a lot of books to read, people to interview and prototypes to create; but I really enjoy doing some research. Also looking forward to exploring new study areas.
